2. Medical Fitness Certifcate

Its a very important prerequisite for employment in foreign countries. In certain foreign locations, candidates seeking employment are required to be examined and present a Medical Fitness Certificate. The format of the certificate might differ from country to country.

3. Three reference numbers from last 3 Jobs

A good word from your previous bosses helps gaining credibility and confidence in hiring you for your future employer. Arrange for atleast 3 of such reference contacts.

4. Most important – personality and English communication ability

Most of the metropolitan cities across the world demand staff with a fluent English speaking ability.  Also hoteliers are constantly looking for staff especially front end staff with charming personality to connect well with the guests and help gain hefty tips.

5. Advantage for those having international experience and a foreign language speaking ability

For e.g. for a chef who has worked in atleast 3 different countries, can speak in atleast 3 different foreign languages, have had training(optionally) in different cuisines, it becomes exceptionally easy to get hired. Most of the hoteliers are willing to spend heftily to pay chefs with such rich experience and communication skills.
